If I sent an email, I immediately received a reply. If he was not available, he would return my call within 5 minutes. When I called, I was immediately in touch with a From the first call to inquire about how the process worked until the final accommodation by the Audiologist, I was totally impressed. I was a bit apprehensive about buying hearing aids on line but, from my first contact with this company I felt reassured.
